I know ARP stuff is top of the line, for a 275-300 horse street motor, are they overkill? On the other hand, the cheap sets don't list any specs for strength or material and the brand names seem absent from web searches. Webb28 juli 2013 · I'm not trying to start an argument, but I find it impossible to believe that the torque for oil pan bolts is the same as stock rocker shaft hold down bolts. I think the torque for the oil pan would be in the 5-8 LB FT range. 15 LB FT would distort the pan bolt holes and pinch the gasket. fanz heart
