Around summer of 2024 I noticed I’d start to get black loading screens that would last for a bit (maybe 30 seconds? never timed it really) until my game loads fine. There is a MOD that supposedly allows you to toggle bullet time on or off, never used it, so no idea. After you shoot the final bullet you can right click to cancel out of vats and it’ll still hit them, otherwise you’d need a mod.
